Asking AI, How AI will not take over Jobs-Irony

Here is the irony of using AI. We were playing around wit h the Google AI tool “BARD” competition to CHAT GPT –(Generative Pre Trained Transformer)

We asked It to: “draft an 100 word article on how AI will not take over jobs”

And it replied;-
“Sure, here is an article on how AI will not take over jobs”

The article is below verbatim. It has no context, could not determine that we are asking a paradoxical question and provided no analysis.

Just let your dumb downed mundane tasks be completed by AI.

We need to move up the value chain and get to be “thinking humans” which we have forgotten to be.

Remember you still have to activate your smart phone screen in the morning, and charge the phone and install the apps and tap and swipe away.

Let’s move with  innovation and pivot, learn and learn fast!

Here is our own Virtual Assistant Makena , listen in and we can show you how to leverage AI within your organisational set up for training and value based Operational Excellence. Click Here and scroll down the page to hear her chat to you.

AI Will Not Take Over Jobs

Artificial intelligence (AI) is a rapidly developing technology that has the potential to revolutionize many industries. However, there is a common misconception that AI will eventually lead to mass job losses as machines become capable of performing more and more tasks that are currently done by humans.

While it is true that AI will automate some jobs, it is important to remember that AI is not a replacement for human intelligence. AI is a tool that can be used to augment human capabilities, but it cannot replicate them entirely.

There are many tasks that require human judgment, creativity, and empathy that AI is simply not capable of performing. For example, AI can be used to diagnose diseases, but it cannot replace the human touch that is essential to providing compassionate care to patients.

In addition, AI is still in its early stages of development. While AI has made significant progress in recent years, it is still far from being able to replace humans in all aspects of work.

As AI continues to develop, it is likely that there will be a shift in the types of jobs that are available. However, it is unlikely that AI will lead to mass unemployment. Instead, AI is more likely to create new jobs that require different skills and talents than the jobs that are currently available.

The best way to prepare for the future of work is to develop the skills that will be in demand in the years to come. These skills include critical thinking, creativity, and problem-solving. It is also important to be adaptable and willing to learn new things.

By developing these skills, you will be well-positioned to succeed in the future of work, even with the increasing presence of AI.
